Lumino Rewards is coming soon
Lumino Rewards is rolling out gradually across merchant accounts, so it may not appear in your dashboard right away. There is nothing to sign up for — keep an eye out for an update when Rewards becomes available on your account.
What Lumino Rewards is
Rewards lets you earn LUM points for milestones and activity in Lumino. Once it reaches your account, you'll find it under Rewards in the dashboard menu.
What you'll see on the Rewards page
- Available balance — the LUM points you have earned so far.
- Your next challenge — the challenge you're closest to completing, with a progress bar.
- Active challenges — every challenge open to you, with what to do and how many LUM points it earns.
How challenges work
- One-time milestones — for example, getting started with Lumino or processing your first payments.
- Monthly goals — for example, reaching a processing volume or number of transactions within the calendar month.
- Dual pricing — for example, processing an amount through dual pricing in a month.
When you complete a challenge, the LUM points are added to your balance and the challenge moves to your challenge history. The challenges and point amounts shown on your own Rewards page may differ by merchant account.
Using your LUM points
Your available balance appears at the top of the Rewards page. When cash out is available for your account, the page shows the value you can cash out and lets you review your cash-out history.
